Full Stack .NET Developer

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat (On-site)

About the Role

We’re looking for a backend developer who treats engineering as structured problem-solving, not a stack checklist.

You’ll own backend systems from design to production — modeling data, shaping APIs, optimizing performance, and making architecture decisions that hold up as the system grows.

The core of the work is .NET / C# and SQL Server, but we care far more about how you reason through difficult problems than about checking every technology box.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys untangling complexity, improving systems, and finding clean solutions to messy problems.

You’ll have meaningful ownership over backend systems and influence technical direction — not just implement predefined tasks.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using C# / .NET, with strong emphasis on clean, maintainable, and production-grade code.
• Model, optimize, and own the data layer in SQL Server, including schema design, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Work with OpenSearch / Elasticsearch for search, aggregation, analytics, and high-performance querying.
• Participate in system architecture and technical design: API contracts, Service boundaries, Data flow, Performance optimization, Reliability and scalability decisions
• Break down ambiguous business problems into clear technical solutions.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, AI, and product teams to ship features end-to-end.
• Use AI tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, LLM workflows) intelligently for planning, development, debugging, and productivity.

Must Have (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong hands-on experience with C# / .NET (deep practical expertise expected).
• Frontend exposure with React / Next.js
• Solid command of SQL Server:

• Strong problem-solving ability and structured thinking.
• Experience in system design and backend architecture.
• Ability to reason through engineering trade-offs instead of blindly following specifications.
