We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR cum Admin (Intern / Junior Executive) to support our growing organization. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and office administration.
You will work closely with the management and HR team, gaining exposure to recruitment, onboarding, documentation, employee coordination, and day-to-day administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Support
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and orientation coordination
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR files (digital & physical)
- Assist with HR data management
- Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, team events, and celebrations
- Support internal communication and employee welfare initiatives
- Help maintain a positive, organized, and professional workplace environment
Administrative & Office Management
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and basic vendor coordination
- Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, and service providers
- Handle courier, mail, document control, and filing systems
- Maintain proper records and documentation
Event & Logistics Coordination
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, training sessions, and company events
- Support logistics such as venue booking, material arrangement, and coordination
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams and management for routine tasks
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate / Final-year student in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing organization
