ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented and self-driven Full Stack Python Engineer to join our core engineering team. You will be a major contributor to the development of our platform and tools — setting technological standards, making architecture decisions, and influencing the product roadmap. You will own features from specification through to client delivery, working closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own end-to-end development of products and features — from technical specification through to client delivery
• Make architecture decisions and set technical standards across the stack
• Design, build, and maintain scalable microservices and production-grade APIs
• Integrate with diverse systems including big data pipelines, distributed systems, and edge devices
• Build and maintain modular frontend interfaces using Vue.js or React.js with TypeScript
• Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, and engineering peers to ship high-quality, well-tested products
• Continuously analyze and improve the performance, stability, and scalability of systems and tools
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies to evolve the engineering infrastructure
• Follow software engineering best practices: unit testing, code reviews, design documents, and modular architecture
  

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Python development experience
• 3+ years of experience working with ORMs — Django ORM strongly preferred; FastAPI / Flask also considered
• 2+ years of experience building modern web applications with Vue.js or React.js and TypeScript
• Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade REST APIs
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and document data modeling
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong grasp of software engineering best practices: unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, and modularity

Good to Have

• Experience working with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks and frontend tooling workflows
• Exposure to big data pipelines or edge computing integrations
• Experience in a SaaS product company

Education

• B.Sc. / B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
