We are seeking a Data QA Analyst with experience in data validation, testing, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, experience working with datasets, and the ability to identify inconsistencies and ensure data accuracy. This role involves collaborating with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Product teams to maintain high-quality, reliable data that drives business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and testing across large datasets.  
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Identify, document, and track data anomalies, gaps, or integrity issues.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues.
• Maintain QA reports and contribute to continuous improvement in data quality processes
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and accuracy standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong skills in SQL (querying, joins, aggregations, validation).
• Hands-on experience with Excel/Google Sheets for quick validations.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data warehouse concepts.
• Familiarity with QA tools / frameworks is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
