About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in executing digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on social media, paid campaigns, and lead generation, along with a strong ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and results.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow company social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Plan and execute content calendars

• Create engaging posts, reels, and campaigns

Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns

• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI

• Work on lead generation and conversion optimization

Content & Campaign Execution

• Write captions, ad copies, and marketing content

• Coordinate with design team for creatives

• Execute marketing campaigns and promotions

SEO & Website Optimization

• Perform keyword research and implement on-page SEO

• Monitor website traffic and performance

• Work with tools like Google Analytics and Search Console

Lead Generation & Reporting

• Generate and nurture leads through digital channels

• Track campaign performance and prepare reports

• Suggest improvements based on data insights

AI-Driven Marketing (Mandatory)

• Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT or similar) for content creation, ad copies, and campaign strategies

• Generate marketing ideas, captions, and research using AI

• Optimize campaigns and workflows using AI-driven insights

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing

• Hands-on experience with social media & paid ads (Meta/Google)

• Mandatory: Strong working knowledge of AI tools for marketing

• Good understanding of SEO fundamentals

• Strong communication and content writing skills

• Analytical mindset with basic data understanding

• Creative and result-oriented approach

Good to Have (Optional)

• Experience in SaaS or service-based marketing

• Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing

• Basic video editing or Canva skills

• Experience with automation tools

Working Details

• Location: Rajkot / Ahmedabad

• Working Days: 5.5 days per week (Monday to Saturday, half day / Alternet Saturday)
