We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Data Analyst to strengthen our analytics function. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in SQL, dashboarding, and KPI management, along with the ability to independently drive insights and collaborate across teams.
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will own end-to-end reporting and analysis, working with data from our MSSQL database to transform complex datasets into actionable insights. You will partner closely with the Product Manager, Head of Data, and business stakeholders to define, track, and optimize KPIs that support strategic and product decisions.
Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries (MSSQL) to analyze large datasets.
Build, automate, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
Partner with Product and business teams to define, track, and refine KPIs aligned with company objectives.
Analyze user behavior, performance trends, and product metrics to uncover actionable insights and growth opportunities.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple internal data sources.
Translate analytical findings into clear presentations and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Support data modeling and reporting framework improvements to enhance decision-making.
Establish and promote best practices in analytics, reporting automation, and documentation.
Collaborate with engineering teams on data validation, integration, and process improvements.
3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles.
Strong proficiency in SQL (preferably MSSQL) with experience querying large datasets.
Hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI for dashboard creation and automation.
Solid understanding of KPI definition, tracking, and reporting frameworks.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, automation).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of Python or R for analysis and automation.
Exposure to data modeling concepts, ETL processes, or cloud data platforms (Azure/AWS).
Experience working closely with product or growth teams.
