Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead Vendor Management, Strategic Partnerships, and Alliance Programs. The candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with technology partners, staffing vendors, implementation agencies, and strategic business collaborators to drive long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage vendor partnership programs for IT services and staffing requirements.
• Build strategic alliances with agencies, technology companies, consulting firms, and implementation partners.
• Identify partnership opportunities that can generate recurring business and global expansion.
• Manage onboarding, evaluation, and relationship management of vendors and partners.
• Coordinate with internal delivery and recruitment teams to fulfill partnership requirements efficiently.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, SLAs, and collaboration agreements.
• Create and execute partner engagement and growth strategies.
• Maintain strong communication with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Explore co-selling, white-label, and referral partnership opportunities.
• Represent Weybee in networking events, business communities, and strategic meetings.
• Track partnership performance, revenue contribution, and growth metrics.
• Work closely with leadership to identify new business channels and expansion opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in IT business development, vendor management, partnerships, or alliance management.
• Strong understanding of IT services, outsourcing, staffing, and software development models.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience handling international clients or vendor ecosystems is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM tools and partnership tracking processes.

Preferred Skills

• Existing network of staffing vendors, agencies, or technology partners.
• Experience in strategic alliances, channel partnerships, or referral programs.
• Understanding of AI, SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation services.
